The hotel was a welcome base for enjoying a great area, near a beautiful area, the major sights, and the Dordogne. The reasonably large room had a SPECTACULAR view. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and there were a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave too.

My wife and I stayed at La Source for a few nights during our trip to France. The bed and breakfast is situated in a stunning, green landscape and is close to the charming village of Daglan. We enjoyed dining at 'The Tournipique', which offered breathtaking views of the Dordogne river and Castlenaud Castle. The hosts at La Source were incredibly kind and served us a delicious breakfast in their private garden. The spacious rooms perfectly blend rustic charm with modern amenities, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The homemade breakfasts were exceptional, featuring organic honey, homemade bread, and more. We also loved the jacuzzi, located high up the garden area with beautiful countryside views.
Totally recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed pretending to be posh in this countryside B&B with its ‘fabulous’ amenities like the pool, terrace, and hot tub. Continental breakfast was ‘heavenly’ too, darling!
Oh, was I expecting too much? How dare they not provide an extra blanket or clean the room properly during my stay.

As adventure travelers, we loved the beautiful property and comfortable rooms at this inn. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable about the area, providing great advice for our visits. The meals were outstanding, some of the best we had during our two-month Europe trip. They even accommodated my lactose issue by providing lactose-free milk for my coffee. The breakfasts were delicious with a variety of seedy breads and lovely scrambled eggs. The outdoor seating spaces were plentiful and comfortable, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. our stay was superb.
Felt very lucky, no complaints whatsoever.

The hosts are kind and generous, serving a delicious homemade breakfast with organic honey and freshly baked bread. The lounge area is comfortable, perfect for relaxation. Outdoor seating areas allow guests to soak in the beautiful surroundings.
The internet connection can be quite unreliable, but this is a common issue in the region.

As young families, we loved the delicious homemade breakfast and set menu dinner. The jacuzzi with its amazing countryside views was a real highlight. The four private rooms in a separate building, with a lounge area containing a fridge and tea/coffee facilities, provided a comfortable and private stay. The terrace areas offered both shade and privacy. The English-speaking hosts with their marvelous sense of style and beautiful property made our experience superb.
Felt incredibly welcomed, no reason to complain.

The property was beautifully decorated and had a peaceful atmosphere that was perfect for a romantic getaway. The breakfast options were plentiful, with a great variety of fruits, cereal, and cooked dishes to choose from. The location was ideal, providing easy access to nearby sights and attractions.
We found the staff to be unfriendly and unhelpful, lacking in hospitality. The room was not properly cleaned during our stay, and we had to request basic amenities such as extra blankets, which were reluctantly provided.
